We are back!

Wow, what a year and a bit! We are so thrilled to be back and fully operational again!

We really feel for all the couples who have had to postpone and have had such difficult decisions around when to rebook and who to invite with limited numbers! You have definitely been kept on your toes but hopefully you can begin to enjoy the run up to your wedding again.

We have previously said to couples that we require around a 6 week turn around however we understand that many of you are on a short timeframes and so we made the decision to hold more stock. We have always had work arounds to get rings out to customers as needed - but we felt that you did not need any additional concerns or worry.

We have also been working hard to create a consultation room upstairs from Erin Cox Jewellery (our flagship store in Exeter). This means we will have a dedicated space for you to relax and enjoy trying on your wedding rings. The room will be filled with inspirational wedding images, comfy seating, fresh air and natural light. We want to make choosing your rings as enjoyable as possible. There will be more information on this as the room takes place. For now we will continue to welcome you into Erin Cox Jewellery Monday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm.

For those of you unable to visit us we are hoping with our new dedicated space to be able to offer video consultations along side our try at home service for rings.
